What Is All Generations?
Southwest Church is a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled family making disciples for Jesus. Our ultimate vision for the All Generations movement is to ensure that our ministries and facilities are resources for making disciples who make disciples for future generations.
God is powerfully at work through our recovery ministries like the Promise House and Breaking Bonds. We’re committed to growing this life-changing work—reaching more individuals who are walking through addiction recovery and offering them a path to freedom, healing, and lasting hope through Christ.
We envision a church where every person feels like they belong from the moment they walk through the door. That’s why we’re launching a dedicated Connections Ministry, led by a new Connections Minister, to help guests feel at home, integrate new members with ease, and strengthen relationships through vibrant small groups.
We’re excited to expand and transform our youth ministry facility into a dynamic, welcoming space that meets the needs of our rapidly growing student body. This updated environment will be a place where young people feel seen, supported, and spiritually empowered as they encounter Christ and grow in community.
As our community faces growing challenges related to mental health and family strain, we’re committed to being a place of refuge and restoration. By updating our Better Life Counseling Center, we’ll be better equipped to offer compassionate, Christ-centered care for individuals, couples, and families in need.
We’re reigniting the original vision for our Better Life Center gym. By transforming it into a hub for connection, health, and service. With refreshed flooring and a commercial-grade kitchen upgrade, this space will once again become a welcoming place for events, outreach, and community impact.
Accessibility is essential to hospitality. We’re renovating the James Street lobby entrance to better serve our older members and guests with physical impairments. This update includes brand-new restrooms and a more welcoming flow into the beautifully remodeled adult education wing.
