Dana

Dana is married to Chris Moore, who is a lifelong resident of Jonesboro and serves on the city of Jonesboro City Council.  Dana has been serving with the Southwest Church in Jonesboro since the year 2000. She has served the church as a bookkeeper along with serving as the Community Outreach Minister.  Some of the ways Dana has chosen to serve our community are teaching at Craighead County Detention Center, mentoring a lunch buddy at Health Wellness and Environmental Studies School, and managing the benevolence fund, “We Care”, at Southwest Church.  Dana also serves on the Board of Directors for, The HUB of Jonesboro (a homeless resource center in Jonesboro), Habitat for Humanity, and The Love All Serve All board (a nonprofit that teaches tennis to underprivileged youth).  Dana was the recipient of the Great Acts of Kindness Award in 2018 and the Arkansas Pillar of Excellence Shining Light Award by the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
